Preorder Policy

How the first batch works

Each design has a 30-day preorder window and must reach 25 paid orders before production begins.

If the minimum is reached

Production begins and usually takes 7–10 business days. We’ll email you with the status and shipping confirmation.

If the minimum is not reached

Your order will be canceled and your full payment, including shipping, will be refunded to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
